Important News!

It is with regret that EAS-USA will terminate its contract with Lager as of 31st January 2007. The contract has expired and will no longer be renewed. FL-USA will cease to sell packages by the end of January 2007.

For players who have paid for their accounts, either with hourly or monthly package, FL-USA will provide server portal until the end of May 2007. All players who have paid for their accounts with packages after May 07 will be compensated with incentives in exchange for time ‘overpaid’. An email will be sent to those ‘overpaid’ players.

There will be no transfer of accounts to other Fairyland publishers. Players will need to fully utilize their time for the paid accounts on this portal only. The forum will be available till end of May 2007 and we will not provide any forum support.

We have moved servers last night for our Fairyland USA forums and DNS update was also done at this time. In the last hour, we have put the most current backup of the forum from July 12th. Some players may be unable to view the forums until your ISP has grabbed the updated DNS servers. This can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours depending upon your ISP. Most ISPs will adjust to the change very quickly. If you see an error on the forums you are still seeing the old forum location. Please try again at a later time...

We are aware of the Pigeon System bug and have reported the issue to Lager early this week. For the time being, please refrain from clicking on the pigeon icon as it will cause you to crash everytime you click the icon regardless it may seem okay as it is no longer blinking. For those of you making payments through paypal.com, after payment is made the time will be automatically added onto your account. However, starting today payments made through paypal will NOT receive the incentives automatically. Once the payment is verified and cleared (e-checks can sometimes take up to 9 days to clear) we will manually add the incentives to your account within 2~3 business days after everything has been properly looked at and verified.

We were notified that the Durable and Super Experience Dolls given with the Winter Promotions up to today were unable to be traded/sold/droppable. Do your duties! Uphold the virtue! Fight the beasts! Temple warfare will be initiated in the Month of April. US-Fairylanders will get a chance to fight off Dark Beastmasters around two random temples on each server. Dark Beastmasters have the power to re-born every five minutes from six different locations near the chosen temples. This event will be conducted for one week, twice a day at random. Click on the Dark Beastmasters and battle them for a good 30 minutes fight! The Dark Beastmaster and pets will be 3~5 levels higher than the player or the highest leveled member in your party. No matter what your level, you can participate in the Temple War. US-Fairylanders will have a chance of being rewarded with a mysterious Box or another kind of box.

Mystic Journey – Fairyland USA is happy to announce a new promotional package for the Mermaid Patch. The incentives include items such as potions, lucky work dolls, power dolls, health cards, oxygen gum and fighting dolls to name a few. The number of items in the package depends upon which payment you choose. We have carefully considered the economy of Fairyland USA and came up with these packages. Title Book!

Now instead of having to venture to Bluebird every time you receive a title, you get it in your very own Title Book! Starting 3/31/05, you will see the Title Book at the top right of your screen. It looks much like the Quest Log, but red in color. Simply click on the book icon, choose the title you wish to wear and click "confirm" at the bottom. If you wish to remove, do the same process, but remove the selection from "Switch Title" and confirm. This will remove your title.

The first time you use this book, you will need to go to the Bluebird Title Manager (103:552) and speak with him. He will then move all your titles to your title book. Now you can change your title at any time! We hope this new feature will make it easier for our players when event time comes. :)

We are aware of users having problems logging into the game.

Currently there are a few issues we are still facing:

Account case sensitivity issue of the user database. During last nights maintenance when files were transferred over to our servers it seems an old problem resurfaced with the login issue. Your accounts are activated and credited, however, we are still working on this issue with Lager. We hope to have this fixed in the next 3-4 hours, but an ETA is difficult to give at this time.

For some other users if you chose option G please check your emails for an email from us to change the option. If you did not receive the email to change option please email gm013@1010game.com and it should be taken care of. There is also the problem of accounts only showing 31 days regardless of you having more days of credit. This is also being worked on.

We will be crediting all players with 2 days of credit to your account for the inconvenience. The credit will be given after all major problems are fixed.

For friendship contest winners – Prizes can be claimed in the next few days when we have all the p2p issues settled. Your accounts have been credited with the month(s) you have won if we had your game account information on file. Lager will release an unified English version of Fairyland for USA and other territorial publishers eg Europe and Malaysia on 3/10/05 to raise the speed of extension-released steadily. All territories will release the same contents after that. Players can enjoy the same-version Fairyland in their own countries.

International Customers: We do not take International Mail-In Money Orders. PayPal and Pay-By-Cash offer money order options that you may go through to pay for your subscription. You can send your money orders to either of those parties to make your payment.

We have a new patch for players to download to fix some of the bugs that are in the current mermaid patch. This file can be downloaded at your own time or you can wait for an auto-update with this file that will be available on March 10th. The file size is roughly 25MB. We highly suggest for players to download this patch before March 10th to avoid any service bog downs due to many players downloading the patch on the same day from our update server. We have a new update for players who have paid.
Previously, we were going to send out softpin codes to any player who pays by any means (except Credit Card). However, we now have the system written so that players will get automatic credit on their account after the payment has succesfully been made. However, for PayPal users, if you pay by e-check or any means that require a clearing period, we will credit your account after the payment is successful.

As for players who have already made their purchased and chose Option B, they will receive a softpin code to activate the second account by March 3rd. All other options that include items to be claimed will be available before March 3, 2005 if you have made the payment.
Additionally, If you have sent in a Money Order we will be sending you a softpin code by e-mail by p2p date as well.

It is with regret that we have to delay the release of the Mermaid Patch to 2/23/05. This is because there is a major bug to be fixed and we want players to have a close-to-perfect patch instead of one filled with big-and-small bugs. Thousands of apologies!!! More in-game events coming soon with lots of prizes to win. Watch out for our next announcement...

We are excited to announce that the Mermaid Patch will be released on Friday, January 21, 2005! For those of you who are familiar with the Fairyland patches, the Six Island patch will also be included when the Mermaid patch is released.

This means that there will be new areas to explore, more beasts to encounter, new quests to complete, village wars will start and new opportunities for clans... to name just a few that will be featured in this patch. Maximum level for your character can be raised to 100. You will also be able to change to your upgraded class once you get to level 60 and learn new skills for your character!

We would like all of you to enjoy this new patch and thank you for your continued passion and support for Fairyland USA - Mystic Journey!

We noticed recently that some players with XP system cannot execute the shortcut icon on their desktop after the upgrading of Service Pack II. You can get the screen to load and then it will just close. To solve this issue, players can go to c:/lager/fairyland (or if you have it located elsewhere, go to the location where Fairyland USA is located) and locate ‘fairyland.exe’ icon, right-click and drag to the desktop, let go and select 'Create Shortcut(s) here'. You can leave the 'login.exe' icon on your desktop just in case there are updates. To play the game use 'fairyland.exe'. If you still encounter problems, please forward to: service@1010game.com
